You pay nothing for your 20 minute introductory consultation.
If you decide to engage in online therapy following our first session you may choose from a variety of counseling and coaching services and plans.
Rates / Fees
I do not currently accept insurance; however, I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. Contact your insurance company’s Behavioral Health division and ask if they will accept a superbill from an out-of-network provider.
My licensed psychotherapy fee is $175.00 per 50-minute hour for telehealth (secure, HIPAA-compliant video) sessions. Package rates (with discounts) are also available. Unused sessions purchased at the discounted package rate are fully refundable immediately upon request and/or if client terminates.
You will not be charged any fees for signing up and/or utilizing our virtual ‘therapy room’. Please Note: I do not currently accept insurance and am unable to assess or diagnose clients online in cases when a face-to-face evaluation is required.
Scheduling
Therapy sessions are scheduled directly with me and can be flexible each week on day and time. However, once the appointment is scheduled, you will be expected to pay for it unless you provide at least 24 hours notice of change or cancellation.
Payment
I use Telehealth’s ‘Simple Practice’ as my secure, HIPPA-compliant online counseling / psychotherapy platform. Clients may pay me securely via the IVY Pay app.
Important Note: Online Therapy is not suitable for you if you are in a crisis and/or if you are experiencing symptoms or conditions that require in-person care, diagnosis, and assessment. I provide services for individuals who are not in crisis but would like to experience greater emotional and mental well being.
